Milanesas de pollo are a favourite in our house and something that I must learn to make myself. In saying that I have made it a lot easier by using my Provenzal in the egg wash before crumbing, saving a lot of time!
As always our hot chips are smothered in Provenzal too 🔥
Just quietly, the milanesa mountain was made by my mum 🤪
