Throw out the tomato sauce its time for Provenzal!!
We have been thoroughly enjoying our hot chips with Provenzal. Peel potatoes cut them up and throw them in the oven or fryer until they are good to go.
Prepare a good amount of Provenzal sauce and then toss them through your chips or simply dip your chip into the mix.
Suggested method for Provenzal Sauce:
1 Part Provenzal
2 Parts Olive Oil
Allow to hydrate for 10-15 minutes
